프로그램 탭에서 파일 불러오기를 누르거나 텍스트 입력 영역에 파일을 끌어 놓으세요. 한 파일은 최대 2MB이며 NC/TXT, 확장자 없는 텍스트, H·MPF 입력을 지원합니다. 파일 형식 지원과 제어기의 모든 명령 지원은 다릅니다. 불러온 뒤 원문의 문자와 줄을 확인하고, 기존 작업은 먼저 파일로 저장하세요.
기본 O1000은 독립 제작한 시각화용 합성 샘플입니다. G71·G70, C축 분할, XC 윤곽과 나선 경로를 살펴볼 수 있지만 실제 장비에 실행하면 안 됩니다. 저장된 작업이 있으면 기본 샘플보다 먼저 복원될 수 있습니다.
2. 설비·좌표계와 경로 읽기
가공 경로 보기를 누르고 프로그램에 맞는 선반 또는 밀링을 선택하세요. 선반의 X 직경 지령은 화면에서 반지름 거리로 환산됩니다. XZ는 선삭 윤곽, XYZ는 Y축을 포함한 경로에 사용합니다. G12.1/G13.1 구간의 C는 가상 직선 좌표이고 일반 C축의 회전 각도와 다릅니다.
전체 보기로 경로를 맞추고 재생·일시정지·이전 블록·다음 블록을 사용하세요. 경로 미리보기를 끄면 재생에 따라 이동이 나타납니다. 실행 블록 행을 더블클릭하면 해당 위치로 이동하며, 공구 레이어의 여기부터는 선택한 공구의 시작 위치로 이동합니다.
3. 변수·호출 프로그램·편집
외부 호출 프로그램은 1~5번 슬롯에 불러옵니다. M98은 슬롯 번호나 파일명이 아니라 본문의 O번호를 찾습니다. 메인과 호출 프로그램의 변수는 지원되는 실행 흐름에서 연동됩니다. 정의되지 않은 변수는 현재 구현에서 0으로 계산되므로 실제 제어기의 값과 같다고 가정하면 안 됩니다.
G10 행과 독립된 #700 대입문은 알림 없이 건너뛰며 G10 보정은 경로에 반영하지 않습니다. #700을 좌표나 이송식에서 참조하는 경우와 #701~#799 전체를 무시하는 기능은 아닙니다. 실행 블록의 편집 OFF를 눌러 수정하고 저장하면 프로그램 탭에 반영됩니다. 원본은 별도로 보관하세요.
4. 예상 가공 시간 확인
가공 시간 계산을 열어 공구별 결과와 이송·회전수 조건을 확인하세요. G97은 지정 회전수, G96은 절삭속도와 직경에 따른 회전수를 사용하며 G50의 회전수 상한도 영향을 줍니다. 분당 이송과 회전당 이송을 혼동하면 시간이 크게 달라집니다.
시간 대신 —가 나오면 이송 모드·F·S 값과 지원되지 않는 구간을 확인하세요. NC 이송 거리는 소재 접촉 길이나 제거량이 아닙니다. 급속·휴지 조건, 실제 가감속·공구 교환·기계 고유 동작에 따라 실제 시간은 달라집니다. 이 값은 견적 참고용 추정치입니다.
5. 지원 한계와 문제 해결
이 도구는 기계를 제어하거나 충돌·가공 안전을 보증하지 않습니다. 제어기별 사이클, 보정, 원점 복귀와 매크로 전체를 재현하지 않습니다. H·MPF 입력과 회전축 표시도 실제 5축 기계의 TCP·피벗·공구 길이를 완전히 재현한다는 뜻이 아닙니다.
경로가 이상하면 설비 유형, 좌표계, 원문, 호출 O번호와 누락된 변수를 차례로 확인하세요. 오류를 무시해 진행하면 일부 이동이 빠질 수 있습니다. 설정의 도움말에서 튜토리얼을 다시 시작하고 언어 메뉴에서 표시 언어를 바꿀 수 있습니다. 문의에는 기밀 NC 대신 직접 만든 짧은 재현 예제만 사용하세요.
6. 현재 웹 구조·개인정보·광고
작업 화면과 공개 안내는 같은 사이트에서 제공되며 광고를 별도 출처에 격리하는 구조가 아닙니다. 현재 광고·외부 추적 스크립트는 실행하지 않고 빈 광고 영역은 숨깁니다. NC 본문과 경로 계산은 브라우저에서 처리하며 운영 서버로 업로드하지 않습니다.
작업·설정이 같은 브라우저에 남을 수 있습니다. 입력창 지우기는 전체 사이트 데이터 삭제가 아닙니다. 필요한 파일을 내보낸 뒤 브라우저 설정에서 사이트 데이터를 지우세요. Cloudflare는 전달·보안 목적의 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 문의 이메일은 답변 완료 후 1년 이내 삭제하며 법적 보관 예외는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
1. Start with files and the demo
In Program, select Load file or drop a file onto the text area. The limit is 2MB per file. NC/TXT, extensionless text and H/MPF inputs are accepted; accepting a format does not mean every controller command is supported. Check the decoded characters and lines. Export existing work before replacing it.
O1000 is an independently created synthetic visualization demo with G71/G70, C-axis indexing, an XC contour and a spiral. Never run it on machinery. Previously saved browser work may be restored instead of the default demo.
2. Choose the machine and read the path
Select View toolpath and choose lathe or milling to match the program. Lathe X diameter commands are displayed as radial distances. Use XZ for turning profiles and XYZ for paths including Y. Inside G12.1/G13.1, C is a virtual linear coordinate, not an ordinary rotary C angle.
Fit the path with Show all, then use Play, Pause and block stepping. Turn preview off to reveal movements during playback. Double-click an execution row to seek to it. Start here in a tool layer seeks to that tool’s starting position.
3. Variables, subprograms and editing
Load external programs into slots 1–5. M98 matches the O number inside the program, not the filename or slot. Variables are shared across the supported main/subprogram execution flow. Undefined variables currently evaluate to zero; this is not evidence of the value stored in a real controller.
G10 blocks and standalone #700 assignments are silently skipped; G10 offsets are not applied. This does not discard coordinate/feed expressions referencing #700 or the entire #701–#799 range. Enable editing in the execution panel and Save to synchronize the Program tab. Keep a separate original.
4. Check estimated machining time
Open Machining time and review tool results, feed and spindle conditions. G97 uses specified RPM; G96 depends on cutting speed and diameter, with the G50 spindle limit affecting RPM. Feed per minute and feed per revolution must not be confused.
If — is shown, check feed mode, F/S values and unsupported sections. Feed distance is NC path length, not contact distance or removed volume. Rapid/dwell settings, actual acceleration, tool changes and machine-specific actions affect real duration. The result is an estimate, not a guaranteed cycle time.
5. Limits and troubleshooting
This tool does not control machinery or certify collision/machining safety. It does not reproduce every controller cycle, offset, reference return or macro. H/MPF input and rotary-axis views do not fully emulate actual five-axis TCP, pivots or tool length.
For unexpected paths, check machine type, coordinates, source, called O numbers and missing variables. Ignoring an error can omit movements. Restart the tutorial from Settings help and change language in the language menu. Send only short synthetic reproductions, never confidential production NC.
6. Current website, privacy and advertising
The workbench and public guide are provided on the same site; advertising is not isolated on a separate origin. Advertising and external tracking scripts are currently inactive, and empty ad areas are hidden. NC text and path calculations stay in the browser and are not uploaded to the operating server.
Work and settings may remain in the same browser. Clearing an editor does not clear all site data. Export needed files before deleting site data in browser settings. Cloudflare may process connection data for delivery/security. Support emails are deleted within one year after the final response, subject to legal retention exceptions described in the privacy policy.
NC 파일의 내용과 경로 계산은 cncpathanalyzer.com 작업 화면의 브라우저에서 처리합니다. 작업 화면은 /app, 소개 페이지는 /에 있으며 같은 출처를 사용합니다. 프로그램·호출 내용·설정은 사용 편의를 위해 해당 브라우저의 사이트 저장소에 남을 수 있습니다. 운영 서버로 동기화하거나 광고에 사용하지 않습니다. 자동 만료 기간은 없습니다. 첫 안내 확인 여부는 탭의 sessionStorage에 저장하며 NC 본문을 포함하지 않습니다. 탭 세션이 복원되면 확인 상태도 유지될 수 있습니다. 입력창 지우기는 모든 사이트 데이터를 지우지 않습니다. 공용 기기에서는 다른 사용자가 저장된 내용을 볼 수 있습니다. 브라우저의 사이트 데이터 삭제로 지울 수 있으며, 삭제 전 필요한 파일은 별도 저장하세요. 운영자는 사용자의 기기에만 있는 데이터를 대신 복구하거나 삭제할 수 없습니다.
접속 정보와 호스팅
Cloudflare가 웹 전달·보안 서비스를 제공합니다. IP 주소, 요청 주소, 접속 시각, 기기·브라우저 정보 등이 처리될 수 있습니다. 당사 Worker는 접속 로그를 저장하지 않으며 Workers Logs와 추적은 비활성화되어 있습니다. 이는 Cloudflare 자체의 보안·운영 데이터 처리가 없다는 뜻은 아닙니다. 공급자의 처리·보관·국외 처리는 Cloudflare 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요. 서버가 제공하는 국가 코드로 언어 기본값을 정할 수 있으며 수동 선택을 우선합니다. 정밀 위치는 요청하지 않습니다. 다운로드한 HTML을 오프라인으로 여는 것만으로는 이러한 호스팅 처리가 발생하지 않습니다.

NC content and browser storage
The workbench at cncpathanalyzer.com processes NC text and paths in your browser. The workbench is at /app and the introduction is at /; they share the same origin. Programs, subprograms and settings may remain in that browser's site storage for convenience; they are not synchronized to our server or used for advertising. There is no automatic expiry. Welcome acknowledgement is stored in tab sessionStorage without NC content; restored tab sessions may retain it. Clearing an input does not erase all site data. Other users of a shared browser may see stored content. Clear site data in your browser to remove them, after exporting anything you need. We cannot recover or remotely delete data stored only on your device.
Hosting and connection data
Cloudflare provides website delivery and security. IP address, requested URL, connection time and browser/device information may be processed. Our Worker does not store request logs; Workers Logs and tracing are disabled. Cloudflare may still process operational/security data; its privacy policy describes retention and international processing: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/. A server-provided country code may set the default language; manual selection takes priority. No precise location is requested. This hosting processing does not apply to simply opening a downloaded HTML file offline.
Email support and retention
Operator and privacy contact: Hyeon · cjh8838a@naver.com. NAVER Mail processes email delivery and storage. Sender address, supplied name, message and attachments are used to answer and resolve inquiries, and deleted within one year after response completion. Records required for disputes or legal obligations are retained separately only as necessary, then deleted. Request access, correction, deletion or restriction by email; minimal identity verification may be needed. Do not send confidential NC or unnecessary personal data. Inquiry records are not sold or provided for advertising.

Google and third-party vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites.
